Curriculum Overview

Our curriculum offers comprehensive training in ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, and contemporary dance beginning at age three and continuing through our advanced pre-professional programs.

Dancers train for recreation, collegiate, and professional opportunities while fostering discipline, artistry, and a lifelong love of dance.

Dance isn't just for kids! We are proud to offer classes for teens and adults of every experience level—from complete beginners to returning dancers—as well as movement and dance fitness classes that promote healthy aging and joyful movement for adults and seniors of all mobility levels.

PLEASE NOTE: For classes that are "leveled," please be sure you speak with reception or the instructor before you enroll.

Use our "payment options" if you would like to pay in three monthly installments, interest free.

Registration Fees & Class Uniforms

A $35 registration fee is due when enrolling in classes each Fall. This fee is charged once per academic year and helps cover class uniform costs. New students joining during the Spring Session will also pay the registration fee.

As part of registration, students receive a class-specific uniform item:

  • Creative Movement, Kinder Ballet, Intro to Ballet, Ballet 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, Apprentice & Company dancers receive a class leotard.
  • Junior Jazz and Tiny Tap female identifying dancers receive a class leotard.
  • Junior Jazz and Tiny Tap male-identifying dancers receive a pair of black jazz pants
  • Boys and male-identifying dancers in all ballet levels receive a pair of black boys/men's opaque dance tights.
  • Jazz, Tap, and Contemporary dancers receive a class tank top.

Students enrolled in multiple classes or styles will pay an additional $20 registration fee for each additional class uniform required.

**Please note that for girls/women, tights are not included with registration and may be purchased separately through the studio reception desk.

After checkout, you will be emailed forms for you to fill out.  Please fill out these forms, even if you have done so before!  You can email them to reception.ncd@gmail.com, or just hand them to reception when you are at the studio.
