Performances
Throughout the year, our students have the opportunity to perform in five exciting
mainstage productions at the historic Arkley Center for the Performing Arts, a 770-seat theatre that North
Coast Dance proudly calls home for our performances. Annual productions include The Zombie Ballet, The Nutcracker, The Holiday Dances, The Spring Gala, and The Spring Show, with past productions including Snow White, The Wizard of Oz, Alice in Wonderland, Beauty and the Beast, Peter Pan, and Route 66.
These performances give dancers meaningful opportunities to grow as artists while sharing their work with our community.
First Performance of Fall 2026
The Zombie Ballet
October 23 & 24 at 7:00 PM
A festive evening of dance, music, and Halloween celebration. Featuring North Coast Dance performers and special guest singers from Main Stage Humboldt's Young Performers Company, this family-friendly production combines imaginative storytelling, creative choreography, and a cast of whimsical Halloween characters for a performance that audiences of all ages will enjoy.
After the show, children and the young at heart are invited to explore the Arkley Center's three lobby levels during a Trick-or-Treat Scavenger Hunt filled with sweet surprises and Halloween fun.
Our Second Performance of Fall 2026
The Holiday Dances
For any dancers in Creative Movement, Kinder Ballet, Introduction to Ballet, Junior Jazz/Tiny Tap, Beginning Jazz, Beginning Tap, Intermediate Tap, and Contemporary classes you can participate in the Holiday Dances. There are no auditions for the Holiday Dances and choreography is taught in class. Performances are December 12 & 13.
